LCB Protection Racket

Shocker! The beer distributors monopoly is against opening up the market.
Larry Kennedy, a longtime employee at Goff’s Suds & Soda in the Primos section of Upper Darby, said this legislation would “absolutely” put beer distributors out of business because it would be more convenient for customers to buy beer at supermarkets.
More convenience for customers? Can't have that.

The hell with us, it's all about THEM?
What a brain dead statement. So we'd be getting rid of the dark and dingy beer distributor buildings? I would sooooooooo miss them. NOT!

Brain dead statement #2 is the guy from Chadds Ford's Brewers Outlet who says that if the big stores get licenses to sell beer/booze they'll sell it dirt cheap and put the distributors out of business. Gee, you think? Will people actually buy from a retailer with a lower price? How stupid is that.
