The guy holding up the constitution looks an awful lot like Mike McQueary.

Yea. I can see that. The guy directly to the left of the constitution looks like Joe Biden and the guy kneeling in prayer looks like Fred Thompson.

The guy holding the constitution also has a fist full of dollars. Is this supposed to be a representation of Citizens United buying the government? Maybe he's SUPPOSED to look like Mcqueary. Maybe he's watching those who benefit from the Citizens United decision rape the voters. By the way, it was nice of Turzai to own up to the real reason for the new voter ID laws.
My favorite Jon McNaughton painting is the one where Jesus is holding a copy of the Constitution with a bevy of America's greatest heroes in the background trying to convince the people to get back to basics. I can't help look at Ben Franklin and wonder if he's buying into the nonsense or is enjoying a higher view to see if he can scout out some whores for the evening.

James Madison, George Washington, Abe Lincoln, Ronald Regan and Kennedy sneaking into the right side... That might be Nixon's legs under the document.
Bush on the left surprised me, but I love the newspaper in Slick Willies hands.

Bush joins Clinton, LBJ and gang for his spending habits and for his bank bailouts.
Here's his reasoning for Kennedy being on the right side:
"Kennedy ended a period of tight fiscal policies, loosening monetary policy to keep interest rates down and encourage growth of the economy. Kennedy presided over the first government budget to top the $100 billion mark. Kennedy tried to cut taxes and blocked his liberal advisors who wanted deficit spending in 1961. On June 4, 1963, Kennedy signed a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, which was with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. Executive Order 11110 should have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level (virtually all of the nearly $13 trillion in federal debt has been created since 1963). Kennedy was assassinated November 22, 1963."
The guy under the Constitution is Calvin Coolidge, therefor the economic growth in the 'roaring 20s'. If Coolidge is there, than Clinton should be there for the dot.com tech years, although he reasons that Clinton is on the wrong side for wanting a healthcare bill in his term and benefitting from Reagan economic policies.
His works are over the top, although I do like to read his reasons for putting historical figures in specific places.
