For instance at Number 5 is Texas Southern University in Houston, which boasts "Excellence in Achievement" at its entry way. What it achieves is a 86.7 percent drop out rate.

But that's great compared to the beautiful University of the District of Columbia. It's graduation rate is an anemic 7.7 percent. And that ain't the worst.

UDC accepts 63.2 percent of the students who apply. Makes you wonder who it turns down.
