Bill Maher's Retarded Maturity

New evidence released by Florida prosecutors suggest that George Zimmerman was telling the truth about being attacked by Trayvon Martin for the "crime" of trying to keep an eye on him after calling the police.

Enter Bill Maher with his latest comments about the case.
"There is lots of new evidence that was made public this week in the Trayvon Martin case. He did have marijuana in his system, a drug that has never made anyone on planet Earth violent. And at the moment that he confronted, or was confronted by the wannabe cop loser who was stalking him, turns out he probably did beat the dog shit out of that guy. I just want to say if I had a son he would not look like Trayvon Martin, but I hope he would act like him."
Bill Maher has admitted to being beaten up by playground bullies as a 12-year-old so maybe that did some lasting damage to his path to maturity.

He appears stuck in his adolescent/rebellious phase. After all, who thinks it cool when a teenager attacks and beats up a grown-up? Other misguided teenagers, that's who.

Maher's sense of humor is that of a schoolboy - angry, mean-spirited and girl-hating.

Also, it is the odd parent who would take pride in the sort of teenage behavior that helps gets young men killed everyday. Such ghetto pride cuts lives short. But to small, physically insecure men like Bill Maher it's a sign of masculinity.

That he never had a son - or any children - is probably a good thing.

I have a hypothetical question for you: if a women is shot and killed by her husband, and we find out she had marijuana in her system and he had cuts and bruises after the incident; is he any less guilty? Thats what Maher is saying. I would want my son to fight back too; he was being followed by someone with a gun who already believed he had malicious intentions.

Nice try...

Better yet let's make Zimmerman the wife, sucker punched and attacked by her angry husband for asking him where he'd been all night.

And while he's pounding her head violently against the bedroom floor, she manages to pull a gun and shoot him. What is she guilty of?

But thanks for trying to make sense of Maher's idiotic spew. He needs all the help he can get.

Gil, I couldn't agree with you more. When the dispatcher SUGGESTED (not ordered) to Zimmerman that they don't need him to follow Trayvon in order to keep an eye on him, he responded with 'OK', and about 10-15 seconds later, you hear him resume normal breathing.

When you are running and breathing heavily, if you stop running immediately, you don't just stop breathing heavily, it takes about 10 seconds. Zimmerman did not stalk this kid in any way that would justify assault and it seems like he DID take the dispatcher's advice and stood down.

Facts like these are only visibly obvious to intelligent minds.

This high school mentality attack on Bill Maher for expressing outrage that black teens are still subject to KKK-style attacks in Florida is typical of right-wing demagoguery. First, Gerardo says Trayvon must be a black gangster because he wore a hoodie. That was the best Fox News could do to defend southern racism. Now, you, Mr. Spencer, attack, Bill Maher, call him mentally retarded, a misogynist, and question his sexual orientation for denouncing Trayvon's killing. That’s very mature Mr. Spencer.
Faced with photographs Maher made some assumption that may not be true. Second, there is something strange about these photos of Zimmerman's bleeding head. Previously released, booking video did not show Zimmerman bleeding. The police interrogation report says he was not bleeding or that he had a broken nose. The allegation of the broken nose came out days after the killing. Yet, there are indoor pictures showing him bleeding. It's strange. That's all I can say. Something is not right.
The released toxicology reports from two samples show 1 and 7 nanogram amounts of THC in Trayvon's blood. That is far far less than a positive test result for marijuana usage which is 25-50 nanograms--it used to be a 100 nonograms. Trayvon was not out of his mind high on marijuana. Amounts that small probably had no physiological effects on Trayvon. They probably were "false positive."
Most strange is the allegation that a skinny teenager would attack an armed 28 year old man who was 100 pounds heavier after an audio recording documents that he tried to avoid Zimmerman. I accept the assessment of a police officer the night of the killing. He said that Zimmerman could have avoided the conflict with Martin. End of story. Zimmerman initiated the conflict, then shot Martin to death.

Gil, nice try but Maher has a point. We still don't have all of the answers, but Zimmermans father stated that his son was reaching for his cell phone at the time of the confrontation. Perhaps Martin thought he was reaching for the gun and felt that he had no other choice. I would hope that my son would defend himself if he thought his life was in danger. And thats exactly what Maher was saying. Your dislike of Maher is clouding your ability to reasonably understand his statement. Another point that many have seemed to miss. Zimmerman is now a proven liar. In his appology to Martins parents, he said he thought Travon was close to his age, but in the 911 call he describes Martin as being in his late teens. Hmmm

Patrick, I guess you know more than the the lead investigator in the case because his statement was recently released, and he said this could have been avoided had Martin stood down as instructed.

The comments clearly show: "The facts aren't what the facts are, the facts are what you perceive them to be." None of us, no matter how many times we comment on what happened, will ever know the facts. And nor will the jury if it is ever impaneled. If a prosecution goes to a jury panel it will be up to them to opine on what they perceive the facts to have been. Until then, let's all chill.

Zimmerman is innocent!

But let's not start a riot.....So over charge him and we will wait until AFTER the election for a trial.. ROFLMAO!!

Justice has taken advantage of this individuals freedoms to make a political statement and meet a narrative. Make sure you vote for Obama, this Trayvon kid, could be his. But then if he was Obama's kid, he would be more white than Zimmerman.

Poor poor Zimmerman. What kind of a country is this? Can we no longer stalk and kill a man in public because we think he looks suspicious?
