Taking Mrs Jake to the Middletown Republican fundraiser at Tyler. Since she's my only machine inspector for Election Day, I have to keep her happy.

While you were posting, we were still toasting. It was fun and a great time! What a great bunch of debaters. I was seriously over my head. Did we talk about Iraq? I don't remember?!?!? Which drink were we on?

Can see it now...old men in kids bar, overdressed and under-tattooed, smoking cigars, sitting outside in 40 degree weather, swapping lies like there's no tomorrow, wives refusing to pick up... yeah, lots there to work with.
Sounds like we need to do it again real soon.
Yes, it was a good time, and we should do it again real soon. So what did I learn? That Danny is the youngest, I'm the oldest, Gil listens to NPR and Jake has great taste in tie's. It was a pleasure.
