According to Norway's incarceration laws, the man who killed more than 90 people to promote his right-wing anti-immigration manifesto can only be locked up for 21 years.

Gil - You might want to rethink your position on capital punishment. If there ever was a case for it, this is it.
According to todays Inquirer, a special sentence can be given to prisoners deemed a danger to society of 20 year terms , that can be renewed indefinitely.
Maybe they can give him a twenty year term for each victim. I'd still prefer to see him executed, wouldn't you?
