Steve Molin gets 25 Years

Steve Molin, the Darby Borough man, convicted of killing his 85-year-old mother last August on a remote Maryland Road, was sentenced today to 25 years in prison today. He will serve the sentence at a Maryland state facility designed to house both the physically and mentally handicapped.

According to his friend, Harry Collinson, Molin gave a rambling 25-minute statement to the court. A psychiatric evaluation ordered by the judge found that Molin most likely suffers from Asperger's syndrome a form of autism.

He maintained that his mother fell out of his truck as he was driving on a remote country road and that he accidentally backed over her.

Police and prosecutors however argued that the injuries to Emily Molin couldn't have happened the way Molin described and a jury agreed.

If they see Steve has a problem, why would they give him 25 years. As i told you before, it could have happen i seen his mother get out of Steve's truck 2 times by herself, and i also, told his PUBLIC DEFENDER that also. He never once as me about what i see while Steve did work for us, I see it, the nursing home was covering their BUTS so they did not get pulled down, Steve Loved his Mother and to this Day he still does. The nursing home seen that to. And if the nursing home seen Steve in a confused and hostel state why the hell would they let him leave with her, Why is the answer.

Steve would do anything in the world to help people, NOT hurt or kill them, That just not Steve. He is very caring and given and would help you. This man has lost every thing his Mother, his business, and his home, what more do you want to do to him. What more do they want to take, This isssssssssssss a sad thing that has happen, But they got Steve all wrong. You have child molester, Robbers and drugs dealers that kill and hold people up out here. But that is OK, They get 5 to 10 and get out in 1 to 3 years to do it again, and some get away with it all together i Know,. Someone accidentally ran over his Mother, and i will say it was a accident, he loves and got 25 Years, to him that is life. Can anyone answer my question in the 1st comment. without pointing fingers, I know Steve he is not what they are putting him out to be. If anyone out there knew Steve they will agree with me to.
