DUI Fighter Busted for DUI
There's a joke here, somewhere. Me, I think it's the .O8 blood alcohol level that it takes to get you charged.

As much as we all enjoy the irony of this state government official getting caught breaking the laws she's supposed to enforce, there are very few of us who haven't sometime driven a vehicle in technical violation of the DUI statutes.
As parents, we try to set a positive example for our kids, demonstrating that alcohol can be enjoyed in moderation. Unfortunately, the absolute mindset that impairment incurs after the first drink, is the prevailing, politically correct mantra, pushed by MADD and other modern-day prohibitionists.
As a result, we have binge drinking, rampant hypocrisy and a DUI bonanza for the lawyers. Our society would be much better off if we concentrated on healthy attitudes towards alcohol, rather than criminality.
