Huffing Behind the Wheel
To paraphrase Chris Rock: I can understand drinking then driving. It's wrong but I unnerstand. But huffing WHILE driving? just don't get.

This is sad, really sad, each of the families are deeply affected by this and will be for years to come, lives are ruined and all because of immaturity. All involved need prayers.
