he can do all the explaining he wants, but he is wrong. wilson is rude and wrong. The senate finance committee framework even contains the sentence
"No illegal immigrants will benefit from the health care tax credits."
the house bill says
"To be eligible for the premium credits under H.R. 3200, individuals must be lawfully present in a state in the United States"
and
"Furthermore, unauthorized aliens would be barred from receiving the premium credit."
Does this mean that our erstwhile Senator Spector will call for a censure of Obama for blatently lying to the American public?
