as much as I cheer for the big 5 (Which I always do) God bless American, they were up against some abnormally huge challenges (Home game)

Gil, sorry. No thanks. Getting a cigar from you is giving me a Monica vibe flashback.

E,
You're like one of those AIG execs, within the law but totally immoral. You should voluntarily donate 50 percent of your winning cigar back to Spencerblog.

Oh, I guess you did.

Steve,
Cheers to American. And to Nova. A nice 29-point turnaround in the second half. UCLA looks iffy. I'm glad they're not playing VCU. Switched back and forth between that game and Obama on Leno. One softball after another from Jay. Not exactly, Tim Russert, (God rest his soul.) Obama hit them all out of the park.

I missed the Special Olympics comment - but I'm sure there's going to be some sort of outrage over it - there has to be - to relate his bowling performance to "Special Olympics" what else could he be saying?

In the spirit of a former poster to this blog - I'm happily going to use his theory to explain the interview on Leno last night - Jay was given the questions in advance by the Obama administration. Still, Barry O came off as smooth and popular - easy traits for him.

I was in MI yesterday and the only radio I could get was Rush - he was complaining that Obama spent time picking teams in the NCAA tournament and used Coach K's statement about focusing more on the economy than basketball as backup. Wow, that man will complain about anything.

Steve - I never heard Rush complain about Bush clearing brush at the ranch for his phony cowboy routine.

They should have an event for blogging. You could rename this site: SpecialBlog. :-)

don't know bob, don't care either - you're taking the partisan line here. I just made an observation about how ridiculous Rush can be - wasn't out to play "Crossfire" - but I guess I'm into it.

Wasn't Bush clearing brush for the solar panels for his LEED Accredited house in Crawford, TX?

Steve - Bush is abandoning Crawford and his phony (New Haven, Conneticut) cowboy image.

Bush had energy effiscency for his house and Cheney had geo thermal at the naval observatory, but they both were shills for big oil and coal. Burn, Baby, Burn.

Gotta max our energy output since the loony left won't allow for nuclear. Glad to see you're keeping up on your W news, have you purchased fresh t-shirts featuring awkward faces? Or did you have a change of heart and go with one of McCain with his tongue sticking out?
