Too bad 19-year-old Roger Leon Barlow didn't dime himself out earlier by singing in a local convenience store.

for some reason I had thoughts in the back of my head that some corporation was hiring someone to perform these arsons in order to buy the land cheaply and build in coatesville. Don't ask me why...

I'll bet these guys do more time than someone who robs people for a living with a gun in Philadelphia. No one is trying to ban matches and cigarette lighters though... BLAME THE LIGHTERS AND MATCHES!
