Camera Tricks II

Atlantic Monthly now says it isn't going to pay the left-wing kook photographer who claimed she intentionally took unflattering photos of John McCain for its cover story to make him look bad.

Hey, they used the photo. They should pay her for it. Just because she's embarassed them doesn't obviate the Atlantic from paying her for what she provided.

According to Atlantic editor James Bennett:

“She has violated the terms of our agreement with her, of our contract with her so we’re taking steps. So we’re looking into what steps we can see to do something about that."

That must be some contract.

Recall how upset blacks and the Apologist Left were back when OJ was pictured as dark and sinister on the cover of Newsweek. They were up in arms that an angry and violent black murderer was portrayed as, well, an angry and violent black murderer. But they see no problem with portraying a white American war hero in a similar poor light when underhandedly doing so might benefit their Affirmative Action Candidate.
