Obama is sounding a lot like NYT's Paul "The GOP is the party of stupidity" Krugman these days.
"It's almost as if they take pride in being ignorant," Obama said of Republicans and other critics who don't think keeping America's tires properly inflated is the complete answer to the energy problem.
Obama should remember, such people cling to guns, God and xenophobia, not their tire gauges.
