Delaware County has the same type of justice system. Do you remember Ricky Jackson and the bogus fingerprint evidence??? Do you remember that M. Galantino requested that the expert who wanted to recant wait for 120 days (post sentence) in which to do so? There was a reason for that and it was all about keeping an innocent man in jail. Pure evil!
Pure evil is a little strong. But... a fair cop.
