Keith Crego, RIP (Rest In Prison)

Who'd a thunk it? Keith Crego back in trouble with the law.

More later (and probably a print column tomorrow.)

From what I understand they confiscated two computers. I hope they reveal even more evidence against him and possibly others. If they can get to his hard drive who knows what will be uncovered. This guy should only be allowed to see the light of day traveling to and from the court house in a county van.

I somehow find this all quite sad. Look what this man has done to his family and his community. It seems he has no remorse for either. He continues on this self destructive path trying to take others with him. It makes you stop and think how did he get this far without self distructing.

By never getting caught, that's how. When you are up to no good, getting caught always throws a monkey wrench into the plan. He has no remorse because he only cares about himself, which is not a good character trait for someone in public service.

Do you think that Mark Sereni is sweating, especially if he has continued to communicate with Crego the Crackpot?

Why would Sereni be sweating at all?

He's the only one in the bunch who was pushing to uncover and fight the corruption by calling in an independent corruption investigator, and then John Green (remember the school board member who later got convicted of a felony?) and his gang that couldn't shoot straight fired him!

If I'm Sereni, I'm getting ready to file a massive law suit, not sweating at all!

If I was anyone who has shared E-mails with Crego I would be sweating. You know their going over that hard drive with a fine tooth comb. I would think they come up with some pretty interesting conversations on that computer of his. From what I understand it doesn’t matter if he deleted or not, it’s all still on there.

It's amazing to me, Mr. Spencer, that even as you print in your column your admonishment to anonymous internet bloggers that it is a sign of weak character to anonymously harass people, that you routinely permit people to anonymously hurt and malign others on your very own blog. For example, the poster who has stated that Mark Sereni, who has never been found to have done anything wrong despite your best efforts to ruin his reputation, may be "sweating" because Keith Crego's computer has been seized.

If you plan to practice hypocrisy, at least be honest about it. You are certainly not in a position to advocate the moral highground.

Let's see now is it not true that Mr. Sereni had quite a few email exchanges with Crego while on the board. I remember quite a few being quoted in the paper. Who is to say that since they were such good friends that they didn't stay in touch you know as one good buddy to another.

You have to be kidding me, Anonymous.

Just because someone like Spencer "quotes" from what he says are e-mails, you automatically believe him? Where did he get them from? How do you know they're even real?

I learned by third grade not to believe everything I read.

I learned never to believe anything you read OR hear and only half of what you see!
